The Nook
The Nook at Cambridge, which opened in September 2015, is our newest addition.
The Nook is located on the Cambridge Hills campus at 190 and 196 Brookstone Lane. Renovated during the summer of 2105, the Nook offers beautifully appointed one and two bedroom apartments. The Nook provides independent living at its best with no long term contracts. The campus is conveniently located to town while enjoying the natural beauty of Chatham County.
Each apartment has a full sized kitchen, laundry room, and parking at your door. Basic cable, apartment maintenance, and grounds keeping are included in your low monthly fee.
A la carte housekeeping and meal plans are available from Cambridge Hills, which is a short walk away from the apartments (200 yards).
Two Bedroom Apartment
The Nook has two 1000 SF, two bedroom apartments. These units have one full bathroom with a walk-in shower, and one half-bath with a laundry area, equipped with a full size washer and dryer.
One Bedroom Apartment
The Nook has two 850 SF, one bedroom units. These units have one full bathroom with a walk-in shower. A full size washer and dryer are located in a utility area near the back door.
